Most metropolitan areas in Australia have soft to medium water. The most populated hard water areas are around Adelaide and parts of Brisbane. Signs of hard water are – a ring around the bath tub, soaps and shampoos do not lather easily, white deposits around taps and drains, and fabrics that feel stiff, not fluffy. A higher dose of powder or liquid is required in hard water areas to maintain cleaning performance. For more information about water hardness in your area, please contact your water provider.

Firstly, please review washing machine and garment instructions. A suggestion to avoid powder residue in the dispenser is wiping it dry, prior to the wash cycle. A wet dispenser or drawer increases the chances of powder residue left after wash. If the problem persists, try dispensing the powder directly into the washing machine’s drum. Alternatively, we also recommend Biozet Attack laundry liquids for residue-free washing.

We do not recommend using Biozet Attack on woolens or silks, as these fabrics require specific treatment. Biozet Attack is safe to use on linen, however please always follow washing instructions for specific garments, and if you are unsure, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first or contacting your garment’s manufacturer.
