Instructions for feedback and complaints:
- An individual must be a resident of Australia age 18 or older who has purchased a Biozet Attack® powder, liquid or capsule laundry detergent and who has the original receipt of the product purchased.
- Please contact Customer Service via 1800 468 318 (Freecall) or submit Contact Us form no later than 60 days after the date of the Biozet Attack® purchase and inform us why they were not satisfied with the product.
- The complaint will be assessed by the Customer Service team and will be in touch within 10-15 business days to assist with the feedback or complaint.
- If a proof of purchase is not provided to the Customer Service team, the complaint would not be escalated forward and the case will be closed.
- Feedback and complaints must be in accordance with the conditions stated above.
